Preferred Home Care of Florida was founded by a dedicated group of healthcare professionals in New York in 2007 and expanded into Florida in 2018 with a vision to become a trusted provider across Broward, Palm Beach, and the Treasure Coast counties. During its early years, the organization’s identity reflected a broader home care model common at the time. In 2024, under new ownership and leadership, the company entered a new chapter with a sharpened clinical direction. Today, we proudly operate as:
Dedicated Home Health
A name that represents a deliberate evolution toward skilled home healthcare nursing and therapy services. Patient focused measurable outcomes and Medicare compliant care. This transition reflects not just a change in ownership or name, but a clear
commitment to clinical excellence, accountability, and healing at home.
